Start with the free 12-question readiness assessment. It identifies study priorities across four course groups and suggests a sequence based on your Virginia class target, timeline, math confidence and schedule.

02How much does the online course cost?

Tuition is $150, paid once, with a six-month course access term.

03How long is the course?

The published course provides approximately 28 hours of self-paced instruction and assessment across 14 sections and 77 steps.

04How do I join the course?

Review the paid course details and current policy status first. If you continue to the official course page, review the total and every checkout term before paying; refund/cancellation and tax treatment are not yet verified on this site.

05Can my employer reimburse me?

Some employers may reimburse professional development, but approval depends on the employer’s policy. Course information and a receipt from a completed purchase can support a request.

06Does the course guarantee an exam result?

No. The course supports treatment knowledge, math, troubleshooting and exam readiness but cannot guarantee examination passage or certification.

07Is in-person training available?

Utilities, municipalities, associations, public agencies and industrial facilities can request a separate four-day operator training program.

08What format is the course?

The course is self-paced and primarily article-based: 57 instructional steps plus 20 assessment steps. It is not a live class.

09Are these official examination questions?

No. Water Hammer Training is an independent educational provider. Its course and practice materials are not represented as official examination questions.

10Can I preview the teaching approach?
